What we do

We raise funds from local businesses and initiatives across Northamptonshire who want to support many charities with one regular donation (or one off donations).

In supporting GIVE Northants, you’re supporting those on our doorstep who need it most, whether it’s feeding, clothing or caring.

As well as awarding grants, we run fundraising events, connect communities together and support where we can with advice, volunteering time or offering expertise.

We also ensure supportive assets are sourced both locally and sustainably where possible.

Who we help

Your contribution — whether in funding, time or resources — helps small, local charities do what they do best: change lives, right here in Northamptonshire.

From food banks and crisis shelters to mental health hubs and youth projects, your support powers grassroots organisations tackling real issues on our doorstep.

We award grants up to £2000 at a time, to cover projects where it really makes a difference.

Grants to date have helped with food insecurity, mental health support, crisis intervention, equipment and spaces for disadvantaged adults and young people, respite for carers and so much more.

Who we’ve helped

We are indebted to GIVE Northants, who have supported our charitable work through a number of grants over the years.

The continued support of the trust is a great source of encouragement to all of us involved with the work of Spencer Contact, and will help us to continue our work in providing furniture and household items to those in desperate need in Northampton.
Steve Scarsbrook
General Manager, Spencer Contact
As a charity we aim to improve the lives of people in the local community and fill the gap left by the closure of children’s centres. We had identified a lack of knowledge around healthy food and cooking skills in our families. The funding we were kindly awarded has been used to promote health diets and lifestyles in the local area.
